SUMMARY:Otley Carnival
DESCRIPTION:Otley’s Carnival has been an annual event since 1983 and brings tourists to the town to see its large array of driven floats and its walking entries. \nThe Carnival parade usually commences at 13:15 from the Auction Mart on Leeds Road and winds its way through the town to the Show Ground\, where there are stalls too. Prizes for best floats etc are usually present here by the Town Mayor (who usually acts at Carnival President)\, the Carnival Queen and the Chair of the Carnival Committee.
