SUMMARY:Light up a Life - St Gemma's Hospice
DESCRIPTION:Each year St Gemma’s Light up a Life service provides a chance for you to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones\, by dedicating a light on one of their beautiful Hospice Christmas Trees. Thousands of lights will shine brightly\, each one in honour of a loved one\, throughout the festive season. \nThis year\, after careful consideration around COVID-19\, St Gemma’s are pleased to announce that they will be holding an in-person event again\, in the main Hospice car park\, as they did before the pandemic. They will be delighted to welcome you back\, and it is sure to be a beautiful event\, with live music\, carols\, and of course our Christmas light switch on. \nThe City of Leeds Pipe Band will be supporting this event with one of their pipers attending to play a lament.
