St. Patricks Day Parade opens our 2011 season

The annual St. Patricks day Parade through the centre of Leeds heralded the start of our 2011 season.

Although the morning started with rain,by the time the parade set off promptly at 1100hrs,the sun had appeared and continued for the remainder of the day.

having completed the march through the City we arrived back at the Millenium Square in front of the Leeds Civic Centre and led the parade around the square before dismissing.

The entertainment arranged by the Leeds Irish Centre continued for the remainder of the day in this area with everybody in high spirits.

Our next engagement will be leading the Scouts St. Georges Day Parade through Horsforth 1st May.
